services ("The M2 Service"), and The M2 Site. All information available through The M2 Service is intended for
healthcare professionals in the United States only, unless so differently specified.
While we hope you find The M2 Service helpful, The M2 Service content is not meant to, nor should it serve, as a
substitute for your own clinical judgment as a healthcare professional. M2 is not a medical provider and does not
provide medical advice.
You acknowledge and agree that The M2 Service and information, and/or content presented to you through The M2
Service and/or The M2 Site or used in connection with The M2 Service, contain proprietary and confidential
information that is protected under United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright,

laws of the state of Florida, without regard to choice of laws principles, will apply to all matters relating to use of The
M2 Service and/or The M2 Site. The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and in the event any provision
hereof is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the
validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.

(e) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities. You agree that all terminations shall be made in the sole
discretion of M2, and that M2 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any
associated e-mail address, or access to The M2 Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold M2, its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, clients, and
suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without
limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these

their internal recordkeeping purposes.
